“Probably one of the best filet mignons I’ve ever had. The pasta dish was superb as well. The Caesar salad was excellent with homemade dressing. Key lime pie to top it off. Unexpected dining experience in this small Minnesota town. Service was great and very friendly server. We will be back!”

“Go! I hadn’t been to the Whistling Bird in over 10 years. We were delightfully impressed! The food was delicious. Deb had the Cheeseburger in Paradise and loved it. (She’s a cheeseburger connoisseur from New York to San Francisco and isn’t easily impressed!) I enjoyed the Jerk Platter savoring the perfectly spiced and prepared trio of shrimp, chicken and pork. Cocktails were well prepared and the wine offerings decent. Our Server Gina was terrific. Attentive and Delightful. We will be back on our next trip to our cottage!”
