The utilization of Enhanced Business SMS services within Faster Solutions must align with Our Telecommunications Carrier Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

Our Telecommunications Carrier Enhanced Business SMS Guidelines

  • Limit the sending of messages to no more than 50 per originating number per minute.
  • Obtain written consent from recipients before sending marketing, promotional, or informational messages.
  • Avoid the use of purchased lists or third-party generated lead lists.
  • Provide clear opt-out instructions on all informational, marketing, or promotional messages.
  • Refrain from using link shorteners and non-branded domains for embedded links.
  • Complete the required TCR registration before sending SMS messages.

Automated Messaging

Automated SMS messaging on Our Telecommunications Carrier ‘s platform is permissible through provided tools, third-party integrations, and Our Telecommunications Carrier SMS APIs. Automated messaging should only occur from numbers linked to a TCR campaign designed for automated messaging. Prior to sending any automated messages, explicit and logged consent from recipients is mandatory, adhering to CTIA guidelines. Promotional messages, even if automated, require express, written, and logged consent. Each automated message must include opt-out language, and all opt-out requests must be honored.

Opt-in/User Consent

Before sending an SMS message to any number, explicit consent must be obtained. Implied consent is insufficient, and purchasing lists of “users who have opted in to SMS” is not acceptable. Users must actively request to receive SMS messages. Consent must be obtained for each campaign or message type. Marketing or promotional messages necessitate express, prior, written consent.
